Duran Duran are another band from my 1980s-inspired musical youth but, to me, this slightly later song is their best work.
I dunno, I just like Ordinary World. And sometimes that’s about all you need. It’s a large sweeping song and, if you’re one of the three people who have been following this little project of mine, you’ll understand why it fits on the list.
(This is another song that could have been listed in one of a couple of different years. I’m going with the UK chart release as my guide here, so I slip within my criteria yet again. Whew!)
