Soundtrack of my life: 1987 – Learning to Fly (Pink Floyd)

I mentioned Learning to Fly in an earlier year. This is the song that got me curious about Pink Floyd and led me to their other, even greater stuff.

Pink Floyd’s music is, well, big. Even though this is somewhat different to their earlier stuff it is still sweeping, grand, huge. And it came along at just the right time for me.
